Warnings and Precautions of Atarax
There is not enough sufficient evidence at this time to say whether or not Atarax is excreted into breast milk. Therefore, due to the fact that many prescription drugs are excreted into breast milk, a woman should not take Atarax if they are pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant.
If a Missed Dose of Atarax Occurs
If you accidentally miss you daily dosage of Atarax then you should try to take it as soon as possible as long as you have not waited too long and the time for your next scheduled dose is approaching. If you are close the time of your next dose then you should skip the dosage of Atarax that you missed and continue on with your regular dosing schedule. There are very few side effects associated with Atarax. The only ones that are known about are very mild and usually do not last long. They are drowsiness and dry mouth.
